St. Tammany Parish Grand Jury Indicts Slidell Man for Second Degree Murder and
Distribution of Fentanyl
District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that on May 4, 2023, a St. Tammany Parish Grand Jury indicted Rodney Craig Reynolds, Jr., age 44 of Slidell, for Second Degree Murder and
Distribution of Fentanyl. In 2022 the victim died of an overdose from drugs alleged to have been sold to him by the defendant.
Assistant District Attorney, Collin Sims, Chief of Criminal Division, presented the case to the Grand Jury. Detective Ben Williams of the Slidell Police Department investigated the case.
