St. Tammany Parish Grand Jury Indicts Mandeville Man of First Degree Rape of a Victim Under the of Age 13 and Sexual Battery of a Victim Under the Age of 13

District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that on January 12, 2023 a St. Tammany Parish Grand Jury indicted Colby Shane Maye, age 48, of Mandeville, for First-Degree Rape of a Victim Under the Age 13 and Sexual Battery of a Victim Under 13.

Maye is accused of sexually abusing the victim from February 2012 to February 2019.

Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Authement presented the case to the grand jury.
