St. Tammany Parish Grand Jury Indicts Lacombe Man on 1 Count of First-Degree Rape Involving a Victim Under 13 and 1 Count of Sexual Battery Involving a Victim Under 13

District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, a St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted Brandon Cedric Jones, 33 of Lacombe, Louisiana of 1 count of first-degree rape involving a victim under 13 and 1 count of sexual battery involving a victim under 13.

The case involves abuse that spanned approximately 5 years from the time the child was 6 years old until the child turned 11 years old in Slidell, Louisiana. The victim reported the abuse when she was 17 years old.

We want to thank Detective Katie Robbins with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office who investigated the case.

Assistant District Attorney Ysonde Boland presented the case to the grand jury.
