St. Tammany Parish Grand Jury Indicts Covington Man on 1 Count of First-Degree Rape Victim Under 13, 1 Count Aggravated Crime Against Nature Victim Under 13,
and 1 Count of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile
District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, a St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted Tristian James Foster, 41 of Covington of 1 count of first-degree rape wherein the victim was under the age of thirteen, 1 count aggravated crime against nature wherein the victim was under the age of thirteen, and 1 count of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
There were 2 victims aged 8 and 11 when the abuse took place in Covington, Louisiana between 2021 and 2022.

Assistant District Attorney Ysonde Boland presented the case to the grand jury.
