In February 2020, District Attorney Warren Montgomery was appointed to the Governor’s Drug Policy Board. The Drug Policy Board is charged with identifying strategies to more effectively combat illegal drugs and alcohol abuse.
Mr. Montgomery prepared a Resolution, entitled: Resolution to Oppose Legalization of Marijuana for Recreational Use in Louisiana. Today the Drug Policy Board approved the Resolution.
