Grand Jury Indicts Slidell Man on 1 Count of Aggravated Rape – Victim Under Age 13, 1 Count of Aggravated / First Degree Rape Victim Under Age 13, 2 Counts of Molestation of a Juvenile Under Age 13 – Recur More Than One Year, 1 Count of Sexual Battery Involving a Victim Under Age of 15 and 1 Count of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles
District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that on February 16, 2022, a St. Tammany grand jury indicted Robert Allen Morgan of Slidell, age 60, on 1 Count of Aggravated Rape – Victim Under Age 13, 1 Count of Aggravated / First Degree Rape Victim Under Age 13, 2 Counts of Molestation of a Juvenile Under Age 13 – Recurring More Than One Year,1 Count of Sexual Battery Involving a Victim Under Age of 15 and 1 Count of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles.
This case initially involved two child victims. The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s office issued a press release regarding Morgan’s arrest. Upon learning of the press release, an adult came forward and disclosed that they were also a victim of abuse by Morgan when they were a child.

Assistant District Attorney Ysonde Boland presented the case to the grand jury.
