District Attorney Warren Montgomery spoke to WDSU via video call regarding the new virtual court that can accommodate up to 99 members at a time. The District Attorney also warns about scammers who may try to take advantage of the current COVID-19 situation by manipulating unsuspecting citizens.

St. Tammany Parish Creates Virtual Court

Through a collaborative effort between the District Attorney’s Office of Warren Montgomery, the Parish Clerk’s Office, the Public Defenders Office, and the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, a “Virtual Court” has been created to help continue the criminal justice process.
