Public Records Request

* Hand-delivery
* U.S. Mail
* Email

Please be sure to include the requester’s name, mailing address, and a daytime telephone number. If you are requesting records related to a specific case, you must include the defendant’s full name and, if possible, the docket number. Please be advised that appropriate fees will be charged for copies, or you may contact the employees listed below at our office (985-809-8383) to make an appointment to examine the records at no cost.
